I really like this music blog run by Dave and Kip. And I love David's sketch blog.
David was a college sweetie of mine. He's one of the cleverest folks I know and has recently relocated from hydro-ravaged NOLA, where he lived for the last few years, back to Brooklyn.

It's Kip. I'm in Huntsville AL now. I have three kids too. Glad you like the words and music i try to throw together when I'm bored at work.
I may know the anonymous neighbor too. I was the drunk guy that showed up on weekends. If that helps any.
Ha! Hi, thanks for the plug. I guess you can't really buy my illustrations off my site (though you can for sure hire me to do one!) but my paintings are for sale...though I need to update what's available (everything on the site is sold). Wonder who the neighbor is...yes, I am single.
Coincidentally, Kip and Dave, I was cleaning out some boxes recently and in addition to a lovely sonnet of Dave's that I found, I found some photos of Art W. and Kip passed out on that big, brown velevet couch that Dave and I had...

Who would want a picture of me passed out on a couch?
Oddly enough, I remember reading a short story of Art's up in that apartment. I bet it was the same weekend because I don't remember too many weekends that we were both up there.
