I am happy to report that I am posting this message from my (DRUMROLL PLEASE...) stolen-now-recovered laptop computer! Yay!!! Yippee!!
I was able to pick it up from the cops today.
It appears to be in exactly the same condition as when it was removed from my house. All music is there and my novel and photos.
Yes, I will be backing it up regularly ;-)

That is great news. It's so rare to hear of anyone recovering anything after a burglary, let alone something that had creative work stored on it. Woo hoo!
