I can't decide whether this kids' book, "Why Mommy is a Democrat" looks very cool or vaguely unsettling.

Scary beyond words. disgusting. pathetic. Sardonic swipes at the Bush administration in an (ostensibly) children's book? Is this what the Democratic Party has come to?
The author is male. Why isn't his book called "Why Daddy is a Democrat"?
I'm a super-liberal Dem who only stays in the Dem party because the Socialist party isn't a viable force in this country, and I find this book MORE than vaguely unsettling.
Pabulum propoganda in any shape or form is offensive to me.
