Fascinating woman.

This book has been recommended to me for years and I never read it. Recently, I finally bought it and have been engrossed in it ever since. This book should be required reading for ALL women. I now realize that I had only a very surface understanding of how my own body works. This is a great book. The author just wrote one for teenage girls that I plan to buy for my daughter soon.

I love the Toni Weschler book and have used her method for years, successfully. And more than that have learned so much about my body. I didn't know that she had a book for teens, and I will definitely look for that for my daughter! I'd been thinking about suggesting she read the original but I think it might be too much info for right now.

I read the Taking Charge book before I got pregnant with my first child. Loved it. I felt so much more in control of the getting pregnant process b/c of all the good info in that book.

I think giving a book like that to a teenager is a great idea. I've never read that book but I learned much of the same info from The Art of Natural Family Planning when I had to read it for a Christian Marriage class in college. It continues to both amaze and sadden me that so few women understand the workings of their own bodies.

Funny, I thought the natural method of birth control was masturbation.
