This is a hilarious picture for the fact that he is dressed for a winter day in a city! Neither attractive nor appropriate beach attire he is wearing.
We all enjoy looking at pretty young people.
It has jumped to something else on People, but did you see Jessica Simpson's outfit in that run of photos? The one with a shirt made out of my grandmother's toilet doll, a satin sheet and some sailor shorts? The horror.
