wow, that place would go for $500,000 or more in east nashville.
Yeah, that's a bargain-basement price compared to Atlanta (my previous city) and Charleston (my current city).

Where I live, that much money will buy you a much smaller, more run-down place in a neighborhood where you would not want to venture into the yard!
Or my old neighborhood in Arlington, where it would easily go for a million. Of course, it would also come with about 50 restaurants within walking distance, a Giant and a Whole Foods within walking distance, a movie theater within walking distance, a CVS within walking distance, Metro and 3 bus lines within walking distance, two ice cream shops within walking distance, a Barnes and Noble within walking distance...
