I believe I have discovered the perfect food for mildly-nauseated-at-all-times pregnant women who are too sleepy to prepare even a sandwich: Stouffers frozen mac and cheese. Just ate some for breakfast, and I have stocked the freezer at my office with the stuff.
Lean Cuisine spaghetti with mushrooms also seems to fit the bill. I think I'll alternate...for variety.

canned spaghetti-o's did the trick for me & the kraft pre-cubed cheese
Moosewood frozen organic Macaroni and 3 Cheese was one of the rare foods that always stayed down when I was pregnant.
cottage cheese.
My wife likes the Moosewood too, but it costs 3-4x Stouffers.
I used to eat this frozen Pad Thai with tofu that I got at the health food store when I was pregnant with my last...I don't remember the brand, but it rocked..mildly spicy and starchy enough to quell the nausea. I even ate it for breakfast some days. I must have eaten a hundred of those meals.
