Thanks for the recco--looks like an interesting read. (I grew up in a rural area too, and its unusual to find work written from that perspective.)
Do you know if it has hit the shelves in smaller stores yet? I know that happens occasionally and I'd rather support an independent merchant than feed more $ to Amazon.
