Pregnant
After Baby Bulge
She's neither fat nor pregnant. Maybe a little chubby. She does have a fat head and kind of a potato face.
Here she just looks like she's carrying some belly pudge, but I've seen a pic in which that pooch looks quite firm in the "there's a baby inside" way.

Looks like post-baby blubber to me.
I know she's a twit, but surely she's not stupid enough to have ANOTHER baby with that uber-slacker husband of hers. Those genes have spread too far as it is.
