I'm trying to convince Henry (my son) that the name of his band should be Electric Landlady, but I think they're going with The Live Reagans.

Yeah, my "Electric Landlady" is a reference to Jimi... I've been trying to get someone to name something "Electric Landlady" ever since college, when my boyfriend was unable to convince his bandmates (one of whom is now in the band Superdrag and another is in Luke Duke) that their band should be called Electric Landlady. Maybe I should have named one of my kids that...
As for The Live Reagans, that's Henry's millenial twist on one of his fave bands' name: The Dead Kennedys
