I am not sure this is such a bad idea. at first I thought it was a joke, because it does seem sort of over the top..almost a parody. however the idea that terrorists know they are being watched and monitored is not a bad thing. I am quite convinced that the media attention given a lot of suspicious activity has deflected some attacks. because the whole point is to catch us by surprise. and if the surprise element is removed that acts as a deterrent.
Yeah, I'm hip to the fact that this is a joke ;-)
But I do love it. Especially the "terror doppler" part
