nancy grace is a tool

I cannot STAND watching Nancy Grace. Actually, I sort of can if I imagine that I am actually watching an SNL spoof starring maybe, JAN HOOKS or Steve Carell's wife, NANCY WALLS pretending to be Nancy Grace.

Anyway, her bizarro, grandstanding, over-the-top interview style REACHED A NEW HIGH/LOW in this interview with former kidnap/rape victim, Elizabeth Smart.

Smart, who is now 18, is lobbying for passage of a new crime law. Grace had her on her show and kept asking her all kinds of sensational, trashy, leading and pointless questions about the details of Smart's own kidnapping and sexual assault, despite Smart's poised request that Grace lay off.

The weirdest part of the whole interview:

NANCY GRACE TO ELIZABETH SMART: "When we take a look back, there`s a shot of Elizabeth Smart, and here she is, four years later. And frankly, it`s a miracle that she was ever found. You know, a lot of people have seen shots of you wearing a burqa. How did you see out of that thing?"

Nancy Grace is going through trying times right now. Hopefully her counseling and medications will help her with her inner anger issue as well as her total mental state. Although as mandated, she does have each day a psychologist on her Court tv show. CNN is getting more emails than they can handle. I tend to believe she will implode on air. That will be her demise.
God Bless!

"GRACE: I`m sorry, dear. I thought that you would speak out to other victims. But you know what? I completely understand. A lot of victims don`t want to talk about it and don`t feel like talking about it."

I read the transcript I am floored by her audacity (especially since she is supposedly a victim's rights advocate). What a pompous asshole to ask these questions to Elizabeth, and then make the above condescending remark when this brave girl did not want to answer her probing questions.

My daughter is also a survivor of abduction when she was 15, raped and rescued by the police. I believe someone should pull out Ms Graces tongue with pliers on air!

I find this rather interesting coming from someone who gets their jollies out of badmouthing other people publically in thier blog. I mean what the heck...so Elizabeth Smart agreed to be interviewed, what did she think? they were going to talk about the weather? I have watched Nancy Grace and personally I think she is a class act.

Nancy Grace reminds me of the woman on SNL a few years back who always seemed to parody Tori Spelling. Remember "delta delta delta, can I help ya, help ya, help ya?"

I think she's a joke.

Dear Anonymous (aka The angry bitter person),
Nancy grace is a liberal; if you watch her often enough you will know, she is clearly anti Bush and is pro women's rights and victim rights. It's you who is the idiot, what does this have to do with being liberal.

The issue at hand is that Nancy Grace frequently acts like a fool on air more often then not, she is a victim's advocate and should not batter a young women about details of her abduction when it's only purpose is to sensationalize such a horrid experience.

"Katie you are an "idiot"! "
~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~
Well it looks like Katie's ex husband is leaving comments again on every entry to the blog. No one else would care enough to be so personal towards Katie.
So you read this blog in hopes of something bad happening to Katie... (who by all acounts has a great thing going on)
You find it great fun to watch the "fuck-ups" in someone's life?
