WOW! I've always thought your house is cute, from pics you've posted before. And the PRICE - you cannot buy a cardboard box in the bad part of town for less than $200,000 where I live!

unfuckingbelievable. 105K for that DROP DEAD GORGEOUS craftsman on that drop dead gorgeous lot? i am FURIOUS that i don't live in knoxville. honey, in MY neighborhood (los angeles), that house would be over a million dollars -- like a million 2 or 3. it's LOVELY! congratulations on your all new and improved life, miss katie!

I second what Muffy said. In San Diego, your house would sell for $750,000 up. Plus you'd have the bonus of bars on your windows and gangs and car thieves roaming your street. I wish I had never left Knoxville. :(
