Did you see my note on Knoxblab about your getting iTunes files onto your PDA? If you don't have a lot of songs, it shouldn't be too awful to burn them to a CD from your computer, rip them back to your computer, then transfer them to the Axim.

Don't you have a teenage child? Let him make your PDA work.
Don't know if you figured out your problem or not, but I have a Dell PDA and Aximsite.com has helped me a lot!!! Check it out if you are still having problems.
