I ordered 12 of the fitted kissaluvs and am having a bit of buyer's remorse. I am wondering what the advantage is to having them over AIOs since they have to have a cover. My baby is 3 months now so maybe it is just they are so bulky compared to the pre-folds. But, I also have a hard time spending money on things so if anyone feels up to giving me feedback on why I should keep them that would be GREAT!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9504620.post-954673940899861342007-04-26T17:49:00.000+00:002007-04-26T17:49:00.000+00:00I used "snappis" instead of pins, you can check th...I used "snappis" instead of pins, you can check them out at any cloth diapering website. I like the snaps and velcro ;-)

Of course, with diaper covers, you can just fold the diaper in thirds and lay it in the cover and then fasten it up with the cover. Tres simple. I will definitely use some flat diapers along with my fancier ones.Juliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04704163845968356340noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9504620.post-69943668033785827332007-04-20T14:05:00.000+00:002007-04-20T14:05:00.000+00:00Happy Heinys and Fuzzi Bunz! I used bumkins AIOs on my son but they never worked on the breastfed poop. I want to invest in some wool covers this time too. I'm going to use disposables for the first week or so until he/she fits into smalls just because we can't afford a newborn stash that will just last a month or so. I love love love shopping for cloth diapers. I encourage you to check out www.wigglewormbottoms.com. I love the girl who runs it and the diapers are OH so cute! I used those last time too and NEVER had a leak.Deehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10893469382937154079noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9504620.post-15166852934332451842007-04-18T20:59:00.000+00:002007-04-18T20:59:00.000+00:00Valerie - I'll buy them from you! Also Bummis Super Whisper Wraps last forever and don't leak. May not be as cute as the more expensive, boutique type diapers but after all, they're just going to pee and poop on them right? :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9504620.post-76868984517327374892007-04-18T16:40:00.000+00:002007-04-18T16:40:00.000+00:00I wrote a diaper review when we were waiting for o...I wrote a diaper review when we were waiting for our next baby and got to start out with a bunch of nifty new diapers. I LOVED the kissaluvs and the fleece wraps are dandy. They stretch around skinny babies and stretch for fat babies, too, so the sizes are forgiving. Flat diapers are swell and easy but the fitted ones are an awful lot of fun.

(Madison spent a lot of time without pants on to show off her cute wraps, too.)Dawnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04164833674841541784noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9504620.post-47278230567396702672007-04-18T16:22:00.000+00:002007-04-18T16:22:00.000+00:00Do they no longer sell regular cloth diapers (roug...Do they no longer sell regular cloth diapers (roughly 2 ft. by 3 ft.) like my mother and sister used?

I remember when I had my 2nd, I considered cloth diapering, and all I could find were these ridiculously expensive cloth diapers that actually came in sizes. I would have thought one advantage to cloth was that you never had to worry about the size; you just folded the diaper to fit the baby. (And, yes, I've done plenty of diaper-folding; I'm the eldest of 6 kids who were all cloth-diapered. My mother passed the diaper-folding duties along to us older 3 as soon as #4 came along.)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9504620.post-63035030404514549882007-04-18T14:39:00.000+00:002007-04-18T14:39:00.000+00:00I loved my kissaluvs. Great, great diaper. My young...I loved my kissaluvs. Great, great diaper.

My youngest has been out of diapers for three years and I couldn't help ogling the diapers at a parenting conference this weekend!nyjlmhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16260530430697570709noreply@blogger.com
